Exits
The wallet you copy decides when to get in. Who decides when to get out is your choice, set per task on the editor's Exits step.
Choose who sells
My exit rules
Your stop loss, trailing stop, take profit and time rule sell every holding. The wallet’s sells are recorded but ignored.
Fits: Wallets that pick good entries but hold too long or exit badly.
Both
Whichever comes first: the wallet sells, or one of your rules fires. A shared position lock lets exactly one exit win.
Fits: Most tasks. You follow the wallet out and still keep a floor under every position.
Mirror wallet sells
Holdings are sold only when the wallet sells. Your exit rules do not run. When the wallet’s holding is known the same fraction is sold; when it is not, the whole copied position closes rather than guessing.
Fits: Wallets whose exits are the edge, and only with a budget you accept riding down.
Presets
A preset fills all four rules at once. Change any value afterwards and the editor shows the preset as Custom.
| Preset | Stop loss | Trailing stop | Take profit | Time rule |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Trader defaults | Auto Trader value | Auto Trader value | Auto Trader value | Auto Trader value |
| Conservative | 15% loss | Arms at +15%, sells 8% below the peak | +40% | After 30 min, sells at −5% or worse |
| Balanced | 25% loss | Arms at +30%, sells 12% below the peak | +100% | After 60 min, sells at −10% or worse |
| Aggressive | 40% loss | Arms at +60%, sells 20% below the peak | Off | Off |
Per-rule control
Each rule has three states: follow the Auto Trader, On with this task's own values, or Off. Stop loss can also wait a minimum hold and exit in parts. The task's Rules tab shows what every inherited rule resolves to right now.
Copied positions carry their task and source wallet, so a wallet's sell can never close an Auto Trader or manual position. The rules themselves are explained in Stop Loss, Trailing Stop, Take Profit and Time Rules.
