Referral programme terms

You earn a share of the fees ScreenerBot actually receives from people who create an account through your referral link or code. The share is per product and is shown on your dashboard. It applies for as long as they keep using ScreenerBot — it is not a one-time payment.

Commission is calculated only from fees we can prove arrived in a ScreenerBot fee wallet on the Solana blockchain. Transactions that were built but never confirmed, devnet activity, and fees we have not verified on chain do not count and are never included in your balance.

Activity only counts from the moment the referral is recorded. Fees generated before someone became your referral, or before a wallet was verified on their account, are not attributed to you.

A referral is recorded once, when the person creates their ScreenerBot account, and it does not change afterwards. If someone already has an account, clicking your link does not make them your referral.

If a person clicks more than one referral link before signing up, the first one is credited.

Payouts are made manually in SOL to a wallet you have verified on your account by signing a message. We never send to an address that was simply typed in. Earnings become payable after a short clearing period and once your payable balance reaches the minimum shown on your dashboard.

You are responsible for any taxes that apply to what you earn. We do not withhold or report on your behalf.

Referring yourself, including through additional accounts or wallets you control. Paid advertising that bids on ScreenerBot brand terms. Misrepresenting what ScreenerBot does, promising returns, or implying an official partnership. Spam, automated traffic, and any attempt to manufacture signups or activity.

We may withhold or reverse commission that comes from any of the above, and may suspend a referral code. Referrals already recorded under a suspended code continue to earn — suspending a code stops new recruitment, it is not a reason to stop paying for customers already brought in.

We may change the rates or the terms of this programme. Changes apply only to commission earned after the change. Commission already recorded keeps the rate it was earned at, always.
