Terms of Use
Last updated: August 14, 2026
1. Agreement and Eligibility
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of screenerbot.io, the ScreenerBot Terminal, Launchpad, Token DNA, desktop application, APIs, and related services (together, the "Services"). By using a Service, connecting a wallet, creating an account, or signing a transaction prepared through a Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter this agreement. You may use the Services only where doing so is lawful, and you are responsible for determining whether the Services and any token activity are permitted in your location.
2. What the Services Do
- Terminal organizes public token and market data and may prepare user-requested, non-custodial swaps for wallet approval.
- Launchpad helps users prepare transactions to create tokens, deploy liquidity pools, or use supported launch protocols.
- Boost provides time-limited promotional weight and visual treatment for a selected token within supported Terminal surfaces.
- Token Profiles let users submit paid, reviewed names, descriptions, images, and links for display across supported ScreenerBot surfaces.
- Token DNA presents automated analysis and visualizations of public on-chain, holder, authority, liquidity, and market data.
- The desktop application provides local wallet, screening, monitoring, strategy, trading, and wallet-copy tools.
The Services are software tools, not an exchange, broker, custodian, investment adviser, fiduciary, or token issuer. We do not take custody of your assets, execute signatures for you, guarantee transaction inclusion, or control Solana or third-party protocols.
3. Wallets, Accounts, and Transactions
- You control your wallet and are solely responsible for its security, recovery phrase, private keys, devices, account credentials, and approvals.
- A wallet connection exposes a public address; it does not transfer custody. Review every message, instruction, recipient, amount, fee, token, slippage setting, and program before signing.
- Blockchain transactions may be irreversible. We cannot cancel, reverse, recover, or modify a confirmed transaction or recover a lost wallet.
- Quotes and simulations can expire or differ from execution because of price movement, slippage, liquidity, priority fees, network congestion, or third-party behavior.
- You must provide accurate information and promptly report suspected account or Service compromise.
4. Launchpad Responsibilities
If you create or launch a token or pool, you—not ScreenerBot—are its creator or operator and are solely responsible for it. You represent and warrant that:
- You have all rights and permissions needed for the name, symbol, image, description, links, code, funds, and other content you submit.
- Your token, marketing, distribution, sale, liquidity, and ongoing operation comply with applicable securities, commodities, consumer, sanctions, tax, advertising, intellectual-property, and other laws.
- Your submissions are accurate and do not impersonate others, mislead users, conceal material risks, promise guaranteed returns, or contain malware or unlawful content.
- You will not abandon, withdraw, lock, mint, freeze, trade, or coordinate activity in a deceptive or manipulative manner.
Token metadata and images may be distributed through IPFS and become effectively permanent. You grant us and our service providers a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, copy, process, display, and distribute submitted content as needed to operate and promote the Services and make the launch function as requested. You retain your ownership rights.
We do not sponsor, audit, approve, or endorse a token merely because it was created, displayed, analyzed, boosted, or traded through the Services. We may refuse, hide, or restrict content or access when we reasonably believe it creates legal, security, or user-harm risk, but we are not required to monitor every token.
5. Boost Purchases and Promotions
A Boost is a time-limited digital promotion for the token address you select. Each pack adds the displayed number of active Boosts for the displayed duration after its on-chain payment is confirmed. Active Boosts may accumulate, affect scored placement, and unlock displayed treatments such as the Golden Ticker while the applicable threshold remains satisfied. Boost counts expire automatically at the end of their purchased window.
All Boost purchases are final and non-refundable once the payment transaction is submitted or confirmed. This includes mistaken purchases, selection of the wrong token address or pack, price changes, early sale or failure of a promoted token, reduced placement caused by other promoted or organic markets, and dissatisfaction with traffic or results. We do not provide credits for unused time or expired Boosts. Nothing in this paragraph limits a refund or remedy that applicable law cannot lawfully exclude.
Purchasing a Boost does not buy a fixed rank or guarantee first position, impressions, clicks, buyers, liquidity, revenue, token value, Golden Ticker status for the full duration, or any other outcome. Placement is scored and may change as market data, organic markets, other Boost purchases, active totals, product configuration, and availability change. A Boost is promotional treatment and is not ScreenerBot approval, verification, sponsorship, or endorsement of the token.
You may purchase a Boost only for a lawful token promotion. You are responsible for ensuring that the promotion and all related claims comply with advertising, consumer protection, securities, market-abuse, sanctions, and other applicable laws. We may hide or suspend a promotion that violates these Terms or creates legal, security, or user-harm risk. Except where required by law, that action does not create a refund right.
6. Token Profile Submissions
A Token Profile is a one-time paid submission for one Solana token mint. Anyone may submit a profile, whether or not they created, own, or represent the token. Payment purchases review and publication eligibility. It does not buy an endorsement, audit result, ownership verification, identity verification, ranking advantage, or a change to Token DNA evidence.
Submitted names, descriptions, images, and links must be lawful, accurate, safe to display, and must not impersonate another project. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed for all submitted content. You grant us and our service providers a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, copy, process, review, display, and distribute that content as needed to operate and promote the Services. You retain your ownership rights.
We may request changes, reject, unpublish, or remove content that violates these Terms or creates legal, security, or user-harm risk. Approved content may appear in the ScreenerBot Terminal, Token DNA, website, and desktop application. Later edits create a new review; the currently published version may remain visible until the revision is approved.
Token Profile payments are final after confirmation except where ScreenerBot decides a refund is appropriate or applicable law requires one. Network fees are separate and cannot be refunded by ScreenerBot. Publication is not guaranteed merely because a payment was made.
7. Terminal and Token DNA Information
Market data, rankings, risk indicators, holder clusters, labels, histories, and wallet relationships may come from public or third-party sources and automated models. They may be delayed, incomplete, unavailable, or wrong. A Token DNA relationship is an analytical signal, not proof that wallets share an owner or that any person acted improperly. A ranking, boost, label, or screen is not a recommendation, endorsement, audit, or guarantee.
You must independently verify token addresses, authorities, liquidity, price, holder data, contract behavior, and transaction details. Do not rely on the Services as your only source for a financial or safety decision.
8. Fees and Finality
Before requesting a signature, the interface may show a ScreenerBot platform or referral fee and estimated network, protocol, pool, storage, rent, priority, or other third-party costs. Terminal swaps currently support a 0.5% referral fee where the selected route and fee token support it. Launchpad fees vary by action and network and are shown in the cost breakdown.
Fees may change prospectively. On-chain and third-party charges are controlled by their respective networks or protocols and may change between estimate and execution. Except where required by law, ScreenerBot fees, confirmed Boost and Token Profile purchases, completed Launchpad fees, and blockchain or third-party costs are final and non-refundable. A failed or abandoned transaction that never transfers a fee to ScreenerBot is not a completed purchase. You are responsible for taxes arising from your use of the Services.
9. Prohibited Conduct
You may not:
- Use the Services for fraud, theft, sanctions evasion, or any unlawful purpose.
- Manipulate markets or rankings, conduct wash trading, spoof activity, misrepresent volume or ownership, or coordinate deceptive token promotion.
- Upload content that infringes rights, exposes private information, impersonates another project, or is malicious, deceptive, or unlawful.
- Bypass access controls or rate limits; probe or disrupt infrastructure; introduce malicious code; scrape at harmful volume; or interfere with other users.
- Use non-public Service data to identify or harass a person, or present Token DNA inferences as proven identity or misconduct.
- Use the software contrary to its applicable source-code license or remove proprietary notices.
10. Intellectual Property and Software License
We and our licensors retain all rights in the Services, branding, design, software, and content except for user content and third-party materials. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the hosted Services for their intended purpose.
Source code distributed under the Business Source License 1.1 is governed by the license included with that release, including its Additional Use Grant and Change Date. If these Terms conflict with that license regarding the licensed source code, the source-code license controls. A separate commercial license may be required for uses outside its grant. Contact info@screenerbot.io for commercial licensing.
11. Third-Party Services
The Services depend on Solana, wallets, RPC providers, DEXs, routers, launch protocols, market-data providers, IPFS gateways, and other third parties. Their terms, privacy practices, fees, availability, and risks apply independently. We do not control or accept responsibility for third-party code, tokens, content, outages, exploits, forks, governance decisions, or acts.
12. No Financial Advice; Assumption of Risk
Nothing in the Services is financial, investment, legal, accounting, or tax advice. Digital assets are volatile and may be illiquid, fraudulent, technically flawed, or become worthless. Copying a public wallet does not establish that its owner is skilled, trustworthy, acting in your interest, or trading under the same conditions. Delay, price movement, liquidity, fees, sizing differences, hidden positions, and adversarial activity can make your result materially worse than the observed wallet's result. Automated strategies and software can malfunction. You accept the risk of total loss and are solely responsible for your decisions. Consult qualified advisers and use only funds you can afford to lose.
13. Disclaimers
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." WE DISCLAIM ALL EXPRESS, IMPLIED, AND STATUTORY WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, SECURITY, AND AVAILABILITY. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES, DATA, ANALYSES, TRANSACTIONS, OR THIRD-PARTY SERVICES WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, PROFITABLE, SECURE, TIMELY, OR ERROR-FREE.
14. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SCREENERBOT AND ITS OPERATORS, AFFILIATES, AND PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, TOKENS, KEYS, DATA, OPPORTUNITIES, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING FROM THE SERVICES OR THESE TERMS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF US$100 OR THE FEES YOU PAID DIRECTLY TO SCREENERBOT FOR THE RELEVANT SERVICE DURING THE SIX MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. THESE LIMITATIONS DO NOT APPLY WHERE THEY ARE PROHIBITED BY LAW.
15. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ScreenerBot and its operators, affiliates, and providers from claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your token or pool, submitted content, transactions, violation of these Terms or law, or infringement of another party's rights.
16. Suspension, Changes, and Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may change, suspend, restrict, or discontinue hosted Services or an account, with or without notice, to protect users, comply with law, address risk, or operate the Services. This does not reverse completed blockchain transactions or remove software already lawfully installed on your device. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
17. Changes, Disputes, and General Terms
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version and date. If a change is material, we will provide additional notice when appropriate. Your continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance; if you disagree, stop using the Services.
Before filing a claim, you and ScreenerBot agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve it informally by written notice and 30 days for a response. These Terms are governed by applicable law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any unresolved dispute must be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a reorganization or transfer of the Services. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement concerning the Services, except where a separate written agreement or software license applies.

Read before using ScreenerBot
Understand what can go wrong
ScreenerBot gives you tools, information, and transactions to approve. It does not protect you from losses or make decisions for you. You are responsible for every wallet, token, setting, and transaction you use.
- Wallets and transactions. A wrong token, address, network, amount, slippage, or approval can permanently lose your assets. Confirmed blockchain transactions usually cannot be cancelled, changed, or refunded.
- Swaps and automated trading. Prices can move before execution. Low liquidity, fees, failed transactions, bad settings, software errors, or an automated strategy can cause a worse price, repeated trades, missed trades, or total loss.
- Wallet copy trading. Public activity can arrive late or be misclassified, and the target may be a bot, insider, or exit-liquidity trap. Paper results do not guarantee live results. You choose the wallet, limits, mode, and exit policy and remain responsible for every resulting trade.
- Terminal data. Prices, charts, rankings, risk checks, balances, and token information can be late, incomplete, or wrong. Always verify the token address and transaction in your wallet.
- Launchpad. Creating a token or pool spends real funds and publishes public, potentially permanent data. Mistakes may be impossible to fix. You—not ScreenerBot—are responsible for the token, its content, liquidity, operation, and legal compliance.
- Boost. Boost payments are final and non-refundable. A Boost expires, its position can change, and it does not guarantee a rank, views, buyers, liquidity, profit, or that a token is safe or endorsed.
- Token DNA. Wallet links, holder groups, histories, and risk signals are automated estimates. They can miss information or connect unrelated activity and are not proof of identity, ownership, fraud, or safety.
- Third-party services. Solana, wallets, RPC providers, DEXs, routers, market-data services, IPFS, and other providers can fail, be attacked, change their rules or fees, or return incorrect results. ScreenerBot does not control them.
- Security and recovery. Anyone with your private key or recovery phrase can take your assets. ScreenerBot cannot recover a wallet, reverse a payment, restore stolen funds, or guarantee that any token or service is secure.
Nothing in ScreenerBot is financial, legal, or tax advice. Use only money you can afford to lose, review every transaction yourself, and get professional advice when needed.
