Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 9, 2026

1. Scope

This policy explains how ScreenerBot ("ScreenerBot," "we," "us," or "our") handles information when you use screenerbot.io, the Terminal, Launchpad, Token DNA, our desktop application, and related support services (together, the "Services").

Solana is a public blockchain. Wallet addresses, token and pool details, transaction signatures, balances, and activity recorded on-chain are public and may remain available permanently. Public blockchain data is not controlled or erasable by us.

2. Information We Handle

Information you provide

  • Account details, such as your email address, name, profile image, authentication provider identifier, and verified wallet addresses.
  • Support messages and any files or diagnostic logs you choose to send us.
  • Launchpad inputs, including token names, symbols, descriptions, images, links, supply and liquidity settings, and connected wallet address.
  • Email-list details, including an email address and any optional wallet address.

Information generated by use

  • Website and product activity, such as pages viewed, referring page, interactions, session identifier, browser and device information, approximate location derived from IP address, and timestamps.
  • Launch and swap records needed to build, secure, submit, reconcile, and display activity, including public wallet addresses, transaction parameters and signatures, token or pool addresses, status, errors, costs, slippage, and applicable fees.
  • Boost purchase records, including the promoted token address, payer wallet, selected pack, boost quantity and duration, payment amount and signature, confirmation status, and activation and expiration times.
  • Download information, such as version, platform, IP address, approximate location, user agent, device, browser, and referrer.
  • Public on-chain and market data used by Terminal and Token DNA, including token, pool, authority, holder, funding, liquidity, and wallet-relationship data.

Private keys and wallet approval

We do not ask for or store your seed phrase or wallet private key. A connected wallet exposes its public address and lets you review and sign messages or transactions in your wallet. Connecting a wallet does not give us custody of your assets or authority to sign without your approval.

3. Product-Specific Processing

Terminal

Terminal organizes public blockchain and third-party market data. Watchlists, display preferences, and table settings may be stored in your browser. If you request a swap, our server may temporarily store the proposed transaction and retain its wallet, amounts, token addresses, slippage, fee, status, and resulting signature to prevent tampering and reconcile the request.

Launchpad

We process launch details to prepare transactions, associate activity with a verified wallet or optional account, confirm payment and transaction status, and provide launch history. Token images and metadata are uploaded through Pinata to IPFS. IPFS content is intended for public, durable distribution and may be copied by independent gateways; do not upload personal, confidential, or unlawful material.

Boost

When you purchase a Boost, we process the public payer wallet, promoted token address, pack and duration, on-chain payment signature, payment status, and the Boost's activation and expiration times. This lets us verify payment, activate the purchased placement weight, show active Boost totals, apply any qualifying visual treatment, prevent duplicate processing, and reconcile failures. The payment and payer wallet are also publicly visible on Solana.

Token DNA

Token DNA derives visual profiles, historical snapshots, and possible relationships from public on-chain and market data. A displayed wallet link, cluster, risk signal, or attribution is an analytical inference and may be incomplete or incorrect; it is not a claim about a person's identity, intent, ownership, or wrongdoing.

Desktop application

Wallet material, strategies, positions, and detailed trading records are designed to remain on your device. The application may contact our servers for release information and product content, and connects to RPC providers, market-data sources, security services, image hosts, and swap routers to provide requested features. Optional diagnostic event logs are stored locally unless you choose to share them with support.

Wallet Copy uses public target-wallet addresses and public on-chain transactions. Copy-task settings, observed activity, decisions, skips, timing measurements, budgets, positions, and performance records are designed to remain in local application databases. RPC, market-data, risk, and swap providers may receive public addresses, token addresses, or transaction requests needed to observe activity and carry out the settings you choose, subject to their own privacy practices.

4. How We Use Information

  • Provide, secure, troubleshoot, maintain, and improve the Services.
  • Authenticate accounts and prove control of connected public wallet addresses.
  • Build requested transactions, prevent tampering and abuse, and reconcile status.
  • Display activity, personalize settings, measure usage, and understand demand.
  • Communicate about accounts, support, security, and material service changes.
  • Enforce our Terms, protect users and the Services, and meet legal obligations.

5. Cookies and Local Storage

We use cookies or similar browser storage for authentication, security, session measurement, wallet-adapter state, preferences, watchlists, and product settings. Blocking these technologies may prevent sign-in or cause parts of the Services to forget your settings or stop working.

6. When Information Is Shared

We may share information with:

  • Infrastructure and service providers that support hosting, databases, email, authentication, monitoring, storage, and security.
  • Solana RPC providers, transaction routers and DEX protocols, Pinata/IPFS, token and image hosts, and market or risk-data providers when needed for a requested feature.
  • Authorities or other parties when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights and safety, investigate abuse, or enforce our agreements.
  • A successor in connection with a merger, financing, reorganization, or sale of all or part of the service, subject to appropriate protections.

We do not sell your private keys or seed phrases; we never receive them. Third-party services process data under their own terms and privacy policies.

7. Retention and Security

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes above, including security, fraud prevention, transaction reconciliation, dispute resolution, and legal compliance. Retention varies by record type. We may preserve de-identified or aggregated information. Public blockchain records and content distributed through IPFS may not be removable by us.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no system, wallet, network, or transmission method is completely secure. You are responsible for protecting your device, account, wallet, recovery phrase, and transaction approvals.

8. Your Choices and Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability of certain personal information. You may also disconnect your wallet, clear local browser data, stop using the Services, or unsubscribe from optional email. We may need to verify your request and may retain information where permitted or required by law. These rights cannot remove public blockchain transactions or independently replicated IPFS content.

9. Children and International Processing

The Services are not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Your information may be processed in countries other than your own, where data-protection laws may differ.

10. Changes and Contact

We may update this policy as the Services or legal requirements change. We will post the revised policy here, update the date above, and provide additional notice when appropriate.

For privacy questions or requests, email info@screenerbot.io. Please do not email private keys or seed phrases.
