Monitor and manage open positions
Follow live exposure, average entry, current pool price, remaining size, partial exits, and unrealized performance while a position is still active.

What the Open tab is for
Open is the live position workspace. It combines persisted position records with in-flight trade state, so a buy can appear while it is still being confirmed and an add, sell, or close remains visible until the on-chain result reaches the position record.
Reading the interface
Read the position lifecycle, values, and available actions together before changing a record or placing another trade.
Position and exposure columns
The table separates cost basis, live valuation, and remaining token exposure.
Average entry and current price
Average Entry includes completed additions. Current uses the live on-chain pool price used by trading and P&L, not historical OHLCV candles.
Total invested and size
Total Invested is the SOL committed across the entry and every verified DCA. Size shows the percentage of all acquired tokens still held after partial exits.
DCA and exits
DCA counts completed additions. Exits counts completed partial reductions while the position remains open.
Unrealized performance
Unrealized P&L and Unrealized % estimate the result of the tokens still held using the current pool price.
Live state and row actions
Rows remain operational while transactions move through quote, swap, and verification.
Pending and transitional rows
A new buy can appear before its database position exists. Existing rows show buying, selling, closing, or failed state so repeated actions are not mistaken for inactivity.
Add
Opens the shared manual-trade flow for a DCA. Presets use the configured entry sizes and the existing total invested amount as position context.
Sell
Opens the shared quote-first sell flow for either a percentage reduction or a complete close.
Remove
Offers reversible Archive or permanent Delete. Removing an open position changes local tracking only; it does not sell the wallet’s tokens.
Position details
Select a non-pending row to open the deeper position workspace.
Overview
Shows entry, current state, returns, transaction verification, DCA, partial exits, token security, pool context, and external market links.
Chart
Plots OHLCV history with entry, DCA, exit, and average-entry markers across selectable timeframes and chart styles.
Activity
Loads the token’s all-time wallet activity as trading rounds, entries, exits, wallet events, realized P&L, capital flow, and network fees.
Manual management
Hands an open position out of Auto Trader management. The engine will not automatically sell or DCA that position until automatic management is restored.
Table controls
Each Positions view preserves its own working layout.
Search
Filter the current view by token symbol or mint address.
Sort and columns
Sort any supported metric and adjust column visibility or width without changing the other Positions views.
Recommended workflow
- 1
Search for the token or sort by unrealized performance, entry time, or invested SOL.
- 2
Compare Average Entry with Current Price, then confirm remaining Size and prior Exits.
- 3
Open the row details when you need transaction verification, the marked chart, or the complete activity history.
- 4
Use Add or Sell only after reviewing the quote; use Remove only when you intentionally want to change local tracking.
Practical guidance
- A pending action row is operational feedback. Wait for confirmation or failure before repeating the trade.
- Total Invested is the useful cost-basis reference after DCA; the original entry alone no longer represents exposure.
- Pause new Auto Trader entries rather than disabling exit management when you only want to stop increasing exposure.
Archiving or deleting an open position does not swap the token back to SOL. It stops position tracking and frees the local trade slot; sell first when closing the wallet exposure is the goal.
