What the Archived tab is for
Archived is the reversible holding area for position records removed from Open or Closed. An archived record is excluded from the normal position lists; an archived open position also stops tracking and releases its active position slot.
Reading the interface
Read the position lifecycle, values, and available actions together before changing a record or placing another trade.
What remains visible
Archived records retain enough context to decide whether to restore or delete them.
Archived time
Shows when the record was moved out of the Open or Closed list, with entry or exit time used as a fallback for older data.
Cost and outcome
Average entry, Total Invested, Proceeds, P&L, and P&L % remain available when the record contains them.
Exact-record actions
Restore and Delete target the unique position ID, so another round for the same token is not affected.
Restore behavior
Restoring returns the record to the view that matches its actual lifecycle state.
Closed record
Returns to Closed with its realized history intact.
Open record
Returns to Open. Confirm active-position capacity and management state after restoring an open record.
Wallet exposure
Restore changes ScreenerBot’s local record state. It does not create, reverse, or replay an on-chain trade.
Permanent cleanup
Deletion is available at row level and for the complete archived set.
Delete one
Permanently removes the selected position and its position history after confirmation.
Delete all
Permanently clears every archived position after a dedicated confirmation.
Unaffected data
Deleting archived positions does not remove separate transaction records or token data.
Recommended workflow

Search or sort the archived list to isolate the record you intend to manage.

Restore the record when it was archived accidentally or its history should return to Open or Closed.

For a restored open record, confirm wallet holdings, position capacity, and whether Auto Trader or manual management should control it.

Use permanent deletion only after confirming the position history is no longer required.
Practical guidance
- Archive first and delete later when you are uncertain; restoring is intentionally lightweight.
- An archived open position may still represent tokens held in the wallet because archiving never performs a sell.
- Bulk Delete all is for deliberate database cleanup, not ordinary position management.
Restore and delete are local record operations. Always verify the wallet’s actual token balance before assuming archived state represents closed on-chain exposure.
