Fin Costello Rick Wakeman of Y 3
On October 24, 1978, Yes and Rick Wakeman performed at Wembley Arena in London, England. Wakeman, who had previously been a member of Yes, had rejoined the band for their 1977 album "Going for the One" and was performing with them on their subsequent tour. Wakeman was known for his virtuosic keyboard playing and was particularly associated with the Minimoog synthesizer. He played this instrument extensively during the Wembley Arena concert, adding his signature sound to classic Yes songs such as "Close to the Edge," "Roundabout," and "Starship Trooper."
