Don Paulsen The Allman 12
The last show ever played at the notorious Fillmore East venue was the American rock band, The Allman Brothers Band. The 1971 Fillmore performance was recorded, and on release, quickly put The Allman Brothers on the map for their unique sound. The setlist this night cluded, extended versions of "In Memory of Elizabeth Reed," and "Whipping Post." Other songs played were, "Done Somebody Wrong" and "Hot ‘Lanta."
